Yet while one should have expected that the feelings of isolation would be higher during the pandemic, we decided to find out to what degree. To this end, we conducted an anonymous and unbiased survey of 1,043 people to explore the different ways in which social isolation and shelter orders influenced people's feelings of loneliness during COVID-19.
